Northcenter Construction was engaged to undertake the renovation of more than 100 apartment units within our multifamily property in Chicago. The project encompassed extensive upgrades including full kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as the installation of new flooring, paint, and window shades throughout the units. The project has surpassed the halfway mark towards completion.

Throughout our engagement, Northcenter Construction has consistently delivered quality workmanship and have adhered to both schedule and budgetary constraints.
